Rummy is played by 2 decks of cards (minus 2 printed joker) 2-6 players, 13 cards for each player. The object is to arrange the cards correctly together in a sequence or set. :

To make a valid declaration you need the following:

At least 2 sequences out of which 1 sequence must be pure(without Joker).

The rest of the cards are arranged in sets or sequences.

There must be at least 3 cards in a set/sequence.
